Maximum numbers of care receivers that can be accommodated in the following rooms:
Bedrooms 1-31 – 1 person
Short stay first floor  – 1 person
Short stay ground floor – 1 person

Discretionary conditions:

1. The two bedrooms referred to as ‘short stay ground floor’ and ‘short stay first floor’ (which do not meet the minimum 12m2 space standard) are to be used to provide respite care only.
2. As the registered manager, Fiona Brogan must complete a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care by 22 February 2026.
