We are seeking feedback on our revised Complaints Policy, which has been updated to reflect recent amendments to the Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law 2014. These legislative changes bring the hospital, ambulance and mental health services into scope for regulation, and the policy has been adjusted accordingly to ensure clarity and incorporate the necessary changes as a result of the updated legal framework.
We welcome views from stakeholders, service providers, service users and members of the public. Feedback on our role, our approach and the accompanying guidance is incredibly valuable in ensuring that the policy is clear, proportionate and fit for purpose.
You are invited to review the revised policy and provide comments as part of this consultation. Your input will support the development of a final version of the policy that reflects the needs of the community and the requirements of the updated legislation.
