Age range of care receivers: 60 and above

Maximum numbers of care receivers that can be accommodated in the following rooms:
Rooms 6/ 7/ 8/ 9/ 10/ 11/ 12/ 22/ 23/ 24/ 25/ 26/ 27 and 28 – One person. 14 bedrooms are available for use but resident occupancy not to exceed 13 residents.

Discretionary Conditions:

1. With reference to the premise and grounds, communal space, bedrooms, toilet and washing facilities, medicines storage, clinical or treatment room, infection prevention and control, sluice room, laundry, catering areas, storage and staff facilities within Clifton Care Home must meet the standards within the Jersey Care Commission Care Standards Care Homes (Adults 2019) by 1 May 2025.
2. Clifton Care Home may not provide support to any additional care receivers other than those who already reside within the home at the time that this condition is imposed. This condition is to remain active until such time as the Commission is satisfied that: (a) The requirements of the Improvement Notice, issued in respect of Clifton Care Home on 19 March 2025, have been met.
