a. One resident under 18 for the duration of the placement, or until resident turns 18

Maximum number of care receivers who can be accommodated in the following rooms:
First Floor front: bedroom and ensuite 1 per room
Almond; Coconut; Nutmeg 1 per room
First floor rear: bedroom and ensuite 1 per room
Mulberry, or self-contained flat: 1 per room
Top floor: bedroom and ensuite 1 per room
Papaya; Butternut, or self-contained flat 1 per room
