1. As the registered manager, Rachael Elizabeth McNivan must complete a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care Module by 20 April 2029.

2. To set up, within six months of registration, a separate, fully accessible office space that is private and confidential, ensuring a safe working environment for staff and appropriate private areas for confidential meetings with people receiving care and care/support workers.
