Age range of care receivers: 60 years and above.

Maximum number of care receivers that can be accommodated in the following rooms:
Rooms 1 to 24: one person.

Discretionary conditions:

1. As the registered manager, Ronan Green must complete a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care Module by 16 November 2026.
2. Admissions to the home will be phased and contingent upon staffing levels meeting the minimum requirements set by the Care Home Standards at all times.
