The Jersey Care Commission (‘the Commission’) regulates Care Homes (for adults and children), Home Care Services and Adult Day Care Services. The Commission also regulates Piercing and Tattooing premises and practitioners.
If you are providing or managing one of the above services, please ensure that you regularly check the Government of Jersey’s website – Coronavirus (COVID-19) health information and advice.
The Commission will not be issuing any separate information or advice on Coronavirus. It is our expectation that your business continuity arrangements are reviewed and updated as necessary.
Please continue to use the notification process to advise the Commission of any incidents occurring within your service.
Our scheduled inspection and other activity have not been affected by the Coronavirus situation however we will be keeping this under close review and will provide updates as necessary.
The Commission also registers health and care professionals working in Jersey. Our offices remain open and we will continue to prioritise and process any such applications.
