First Floor front: bedroom and ensuite 1 per room
Almond; Coconut; Nutmeg 1 per room
First floor rear: bedroom and ensuite 1 per room
Mulberry, or self-contained flat: 1 per room
Top floor: bedroom and ensuite 1 per room
Papaya; Butternut, or self-contained flat 1 per room

Discretionary conditions:

The registered manager Fiona O’Brien must obtain a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care by 19 February 2024.
