Age range of care receivers: 60 years and over.

An extension of the variation in place one care receiver under 60 years.

Maximum number of care receivers to be acommodated in the following rooms:
Nightingale 2-32, Kingfisher 1-12 and Kestrel 2-18 one person

Discretionary Conditions:

1. 1. Bedroom numbers 3, 4 and 5 in Kestrel unit must have en-suite toilets and
   wash hand basins provided by 31 May 2026.
   2. No admissions into bedroom numbers 3, 4 and 5 in Kestrel unit until the Commission is satisfied that the requirements of Discretionary
   Condition 1 is met.
